Booking Confirmation: All bookings are confirmed only after the required full or partial payment has been received, as specified at the time of booking.

In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.
Travel Documents: Customers are responsible for ensuring that they carry valid passports, visas, permits, identification, and any other documents required for their journey. Customers are also responsible for meeting the entry and travel requirements applicable to their destination.
Third-Party Services: Kapali Tours and Travels may coordinate and arrange services provided by third parties, including hotels, transportation companies, airlines, and other travel service providers. While we work with trusted service providers, we are not directly responsible for delays, cancellations, service interruptions, or other issues caused by third-party providers.
Customer Responsibility: Customers are expected to provide accurate information at the time of booking and comply with the applicable rules, policies, and requirements of the travel services arranged on their behalf.
